2026 100x Leaders Program

The 100x Leaders Program is the Latinx MBA Association’s flagship leadership-development platform designed to help members become leaders worth following — leaders who multiply their impact by developing others, expanding access to capital, building powerful networks, and using technology to scale their influence.

Grounded in the principles in the book “The 100X Leader”, the program combines thought leadership, access to capital, talent networks, and practical AI enablement to help Latinx MBA members create exponential economic and community impact. The 100X Leader concept emphasizes leaders who balance support and challenge, develop others, and multiply leadership capacity rather than simply perform well individually.

The 100x Leaders Initiative empowers Latinx MBA members to become transformative catalysts by:

  1. Leading authentically,

  2. Connecting with seasoned leaders,

  3. Getting access to capital and talent, and

  4. Leveraging agentic AI to scale their impact.

By mastering these pillars, participants are equipped to multiply their leadership capacity and drive exponential growth.

The program is organized around three core pillars:

  1. Capital — building the relationships that unlock opportunity, in two dimensions:

    • Financial: raising equity, raising debt, friends & family rounds, and angel investing.

    • Human Talent: connecting members to the people who help them build and grow.

  2. Technology — putting frontier AI to work, across both the model layer (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and the application layer (e.g., Happenstance, Hyperbound).

  3. Thought Leadership — developing the self-promotion capabilities that make someone worth following in real life and on social platforms.

Operationally, the initiative is delivered as a curated virtual series of tactical, high-value sessions — typically 45–60 minute webinars — co-hosted with credible partners such as the HBS Latino Alumni Association (HBSLAA), active venture capitalists, and leading AI companies.

Recent and planned sessions include Raising Venture Capital 101, Raising Debt 101, Angel Investing 101, and hands-on AI workshops. The series builds toward a formal 100x Leaders Program — with an application process and a leaders' meet-up anchored at our annual Leadership Summit.

The Program also includes opportunities for 1:1 mentoring sessions with leaders including Corporate, Community or Government leaders. As a member of this program, you'll have the chance to complete a capstone project that connects you to something bigger than yourself — a legacy or community initiative, such as a new company, scholarship, mentorship program, or resource hub, that channels your values into tangible impact and leaves a mark beyond your own career.

Time Commitment:

Accepted applications will be required to invest an average of about 5 hours per week to join virtual live sessions, watch recorded materials and complete work activities for their selected leadership project.

The program is expected to last between 16 and 24 weeks to complete.

Participants will also be expected to travel for the annual Latinx MBA Association Leadership Summit.
