As a mentor, you can guide the next generation of leaders, sharing the wisdom and lessons you’ve learned to uplift our community. As a mentee, you'll gain invaluable insights and expand your network by connecting with experienced professionals. This inaugural program is a unique opportunity to shape our community's future and build connections that will last a lifetime.

Mentee Expectations
As a Mentee in Our Inaugural Cohort, You Will

Be matched with a Latinx MBA mentor who brings valuable professional and lived experience

Build a meaningful relationship through conversations about career goals, challenges, post-MBA transitions, and navigating new roles

Have opportunities to connect in person at Latinx MBA events—including the Leadership Summit “5-Year Celebration” Evening Reception on Friday, October 3

Receive clear program expectations and sample meeting agendas to guide productive conversations

Check in with the Latinx MBA team throughout the program for ongoing support

Help shape the future of the mentorship program by sharing feedback and insights for future cohorts
Ideal Mentee Candidates

Are registered Premium Student Members of the Latinx MBA Association

Have a strong desire to connect with experienced professionals and give back to the community in the future

Value mentorship as a space for learning, reflection, and growth—not just transactional networking

Can commit 1–2 hours per month to meetings or communication with their mentor through Spring 2026

Share your experience, insights, and lessons learned from navigating business school and post-MBA careers

Receive mentor resources and sample meeting agendas to support meaningful, structured conversations

Check in with the Latinx MBA team throughout the program for ongoing support

Help shape the future of the mentorship program by contributing feedback and insights for future cohorts

Ideal Mentor Candidates

Are Standard or Premium Members of the Latinx MBA Association

Have a strong desire to give back and uplift the Latinx MBA community

Enjoy listening, learning, and supporting current MBA students through their journeys

Have 5+ years of post-MBA professional experience (less may be considered)

Can commit 1–2 hours per month to meeting with or supporting a mentee through Spring 2026
