The Leadership Summit is the Latinx MBA Association’s flagship event. This multi-day immersive experience brings together both student and alumni MBA members for intensive professional workshops and strategic networking.
2025 Summit
The 2025 Latinx MBA Leadership Summit brought together MBA students and alumni for an unforgettable, high-energy two-day experience rooted in leadership, growth, and community. Attendees engaged in inspiring keynotes, impactful panels, and powerful networking moments that celebrated and elevated Latinx talent across industries. This year’s summit was especially meaningful as we proudly celebrated 5 years of Latinx MBA, honoring how far we’ve come and the bold, collective future we’re continuing to build together.
2023 Summit
The 2023 Student Leadership Summit was held at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center, uniting 40 student leaders from 23 MBA programs across the nation. The event featured a keynote by Al Guerrero (Stanford GSB MBA '02) on servitude and resilience, as well as a session on driving institutional change led by MIT Sloan's Steve Branch and Bryan Thomas. Alumni representatives from Fidelity Investments, ConnectUs, JP Morgan, and ServiceTitan further enriched the program with insights on authentic leadership and career development.
2021 Summit
The inaugural Latinx MBA Student Leadership Summit was held in Austin, Texas, bringing together over 30 student club leaders from 19 MBA programs. The Summit centered on building community through candid conversations on leadership and driving change within institutions. The event was hosted at Vaquero Taquero, whose co-founders shared their story of leading with community values — a reflection of the entrepreneurial spirit that has driven Latinx small business growth at 34 times the rate of all small businesses nationally over the past decade.
2024 Summit
The 2024 Student Leadership Summit brought together student leaders from 26 top MBA programs across the country, including Berkeley Haas, Chicago Booth, Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan, Wharton, and more. The Summit served as a space for the next generation of Latinx business leaders to connect, collaborate, and share experiences across programs and communities.
2022 Summit
The 2022 Student Leadership Summit continued to grow the Latinx MBA community, bringing together student leaders from MBA programs across the country for a day of connection, learning, and leadership development.
