About
Each year, we convene in order to empower student leaders, foster a sense of community across Latinx MBAs, and share best practices to become the best business leaders at premier U.S. MBA programs.
In 2021, the Latinx MBA Association hosted the first-ever Student Leadership Summit, bringing together the leaders of the Latinx affinity clubs within the top 25 MBA programs. Since then, we invite student leaders who are committed to uplifting the Latinx community and want to develop their leadership capabilities. Each invited MBA program is allotted a minimum of 2 spots.
