Suarez represents a new generation of leaders operating at the intersection of corporate strategy, community engagement, AI, and technology. After initially serving on the Latinx MBA Association’s Associate Board, she advanced to the organization’s full Board of Directors and spearheads planning for the annual Latinx MBA Summit, the organization’s flagship convening now entering its sixth year.
In that role, Suarez works closely with MBA students, alumni, executives, and corporate partners nationwide—making her a key connector for organizations seeking authentic access to emerging business leaders and high-impact professional networks.
A 2024 MBA graduate of Rice Business, Suarez was recognized with the M.A. “Mike” Wright Award and the Outstanding Woman in Leadership Award for her leadership, mentorship, and community impact. At S&P Global, she leads AI-driven, human-centered community engagement initiatives across the Americas, designing programs that drive measurable business outcomes while building trust and belonging.
At WILC, Suarez will guide panelists through a practical discussion on:
How mentorship shapes leadership confidence and career acceleration
What it means to “lift while you climb” in real-world settings
How leaders can create access by speaking names in rooms others are not in
Ways organizations can intentionally invest in the next generation of women leaders
Suarez’s leadership reflects what it means to be part of the Latinx MBA Association: stepping into influence, earning trust, and using one’s platform to expand opportunity for others. As Latinx MBA continues to grow its national footprint, leaders like Suarez represent the organization’s future—strategic, community-rooted, and focused on building pathways to the highest levels of business.
For attendees, this session offers more than insight. It offers the opportunity to engage with a leader who is shaping how organizations connect with talent, how mentorship scales impact, and how leadership pipelines are built intentionally.
