SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 13, 2025 – The Latinx MBA Association, the largest national network dedicated to advancing Latinx MBAs, is proud to announce its 5th Annual Leadership Summit, taking place October 2–4, 2025, at the Westin LAX in Los Angeles, California. This milestone event, themed “Future-Ready, Leading Now,” will convene top executives, entrepreneurs, investors, and students to celebrate five years of growth while equipping Latinx professionals to lead the future of business.

Founded in 2020, the Latinx MBA Association has rapidly grown to more than 2,000 members across 180 MBA programs nationwide. The organization has become a powerful platform for leadership development, mentorship, and collective impact, building a pipeline of Latinx leaders ready to transform the corporate landscape.
